
FLS on Demand Training
NOF’s FLS Certificate of Completion
The National Osteoporosis Foundation is proud to present its Fracture Liaison Service (FLS) Model of Care Training Program in self-paced, on-demand webinars on the NOF Professional Learning Center. Choose individual FLS sessions or complete all sessions and receive the FLS Certificate of Completion. The FSL Full Track package is designed specifically with educational tools provided during the inaugural live program at NOF’s Interdisciplinary Symposium on Osteoporosis 2014 in New Orleans.

Continuing Education
The National Osteoporosis Foundation is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians and is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. You will receive CE credit for each individual activity in which you participate.

To access the coursework, go to the NOF Professional Learning Center and log-on or create an account if you have not done so already:
- Select the FLS Full Track Module
- If you are a NOF Member, you must login to verify membership before member pricing is put into effect and before any purchase is made from the NOF library
- If you would like to become a professional member of NOF, please go to www.nof.org/join
- Once you have viewed all coursework and completed each session evaluation, you must complete the overall FLS evaluation to receive your FLS Certificate of Completion
